  Overview

  In this role, you will be a Technical Product Specialist within Records Management product family to take on the responsibility of operating and maintaining the recently deployed Curator Records Management application. Your responsibilities will include onboarding of tenants to application. As Records Management is a key risk for he Bank, you will be expected to work across all CIO areas to drive adoption of the application as a means of supporting recordkeeping requirements. In this role you will interface with application teams and architect(s) to drive adoption of the application.

  What You'll Do

  Participate in and requirements clarification with stakeholders

  Collaborate with Records Management Colleagues on

  Ensure successful technical onboarding of tenants

  How You'll Lead

  Knowledge & working experience in Agile framework

  Extensive hands-on experience knowledge of maintaining products

  Skills You'll Need

  Extensive experience with a strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes

  Strong technical foundation with experience and good knowledge of technologies like Cloud (GCP preferably), programming language (Java preferable), IaaC (terraform preferably), BigData and related technologies

  Knowledge of design patterns and architectural frameworks

  Hands on experience on Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub)

  Skills That Will Help You Excel

  Ability to share information across teams and transfer knowledge to new team members

  Ability to foster collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the Bank

  Strong communication skills

  Fluent in English (written/verbal); ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizations

  Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent)

  Expectations

  It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary, NC office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

  The salary range for this position in Cary, NC is $125K - $203K.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
