A Technical Product Manager - Retail Banking & Deposits to join our team! As a Technical Product Manager you will be responsible for the effective management and development of products/channels to support both employee and member experience as they interact with Sound's products, services, and processes. In this role you will manage the full product development lifecycle and work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to create product and feature roadmaps, delivery strategies, product support, and communications to support all areas of Retail Banking & Deposits including our Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), Meridian Link, Cash Recyclers (TCRs), Shared Branching and Visa DPS.

As a Technical Product Manager you will...
Work closely with the Business Owners and/or other key stakeholders to create, prioritize, and iteratively deliver the best business value.Serve as mediator between stakeholders, vendors and internal technical teams to develop requirements, designs and prototypes, test plans and release plans. Develop, maintain product vision and roadmap, including the management of the product backlogs. Responsible for your Product Backlog, including:Own and maintain the Product Backlog.Groom product backlog to ensure it is ready for future sprints, including understanding dependencies. Prioritize the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals, maintain operational performance and achieve the product visio.Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clearCreate high-level value vs effort analysis for key features in roadmap and measure adherence post-delivery to ensure appropriate stewardship of credit union resources.Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria in user stories.Lead the implementation of features, enhancements, proofs of concept, pilots, in the member experience and back-office efficiencies.Communicate plans, learnings, and results through strong working relationships and effective verbal and written communications skills.Work with vendor partners to align product roadmaps and to deliver new features and enhancements.Provide upper tier-level support during incident management events.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will bring to the team...
Three or more years' experience in product management experience required. At least 2 years in technical product implementation and management required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred, with an emphasis in Computer Science, or Information Technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Your compensation:
At Sound Credit Union we believe in paying our employees a fair and living wage. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate's prior experience and education level as it pertains to their role. This strategy promotes a talented and empowering work environment that we hope you will be a part of! Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates, which allows us to offer merit-based salary increases.
Minimum: $82,800
Midpoint: $103,500
Maximum: $124,200
Your hours:
A hybrid schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
