Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
Work as an offshore liaison
Remove roadblocks and/or bottlenecks for the offshore team and resolve questions in real time
Help clarify stories that will be coming into future sprints.
Work with the offshore team to help drive sprints to completion
Translate business requirements into system design, work directly with business analysts on requirements, prepare detailed technical specifications, and provide story point estimates
Analyze, code, test, implement and document programs and enhancements

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in offshore liaison role
Proficient in multiple programming languages and development frameworks, including, React, Java, JavaScript, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Thymeleaf , CSS, REST, JSON, HTML, XML, SQL, Shell Scripting
Proficient with Kubernetes, Konvoy , Docker, Microservices
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and/or Agile
Familiarity with job scheduling tools (preferred: Autosys)
Strong analytical skills; experience resolving complex defects including performance tuning
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
