Who we are looking for:
Technology Platform, Engineering & Operations (TPEO) is looking for a highly motivated technical project manager that has experience in data center build out, data center migrations, decommissions, and software deployments as well as managing multiple projects across our network towers, as well as cloud services migration.
What you will be responsible for:
You will be working directly with IT platform engineering, network, end-user experience, infrastructure, and operations teams to help carry out strategies. You will lead Technology Platform Engineering and Operations (TPEO) programs and large initiatives, tracking and reporting applicable metrics.
It is essential you have a strong end-to-end program and project management experience working with a large portfolio of projects that support a complex organizational environment.
Responsibilities include:
Managing infrastructure programs in a large federated organization with multiple stakeholders and conflicting requirementsPrior experience in mature infrastructure technologies (e.g., VMWare, SAN and NAS storage)Prior experience building landing zones on a cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP) for workloads (in financial services would be a plus)Ability to manage large projects and priorities within a rapidly changing Organization focused on Transformation at Scale.Ability to manage conflicts with multiple stakeholders while keeping the project goals in focus.Independent strategic thinker with an understanding of large-scale Data Centers and Networks build outs technology risks in financial servicesResponsible for all Project documentation and backlogs through JIRAAssist the team to manage, prioritize and drive milestone deliverables on a daily, weekly and Monthly basisCollaborate with other Project Managers within the team to align cross dependencies and track resource allocationsCollaborate with other Project Managers to maintain an integrated roadmap of key Milestones per workstream/initiativeAdhere to SSBT internal compliance and regulatory standardsSupport any financial tracking per workstream/initiativeManaging the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning through to implementationManaging suppliers and stakeholdersCollaborate with the team on new ideas and process improvement to help deliver projects more efficientlyAssist, track and ensure sign off on any Statement of Works to deliver responsible projects

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Total 17+ years of experience with minimum 10+ years' experience in Program / Project management supporting Large-Scale Infrastructure programs.B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical disciplineFinancial services industry experience.
