Want to know more? See more of what we do . As the Technical Implementation Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of website development projects. You will act as the product owner for the technical aspects of implementations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. While working closely with the Manager of Web Development, you will maintain a level of autonomy in decision-making and process ownership. Essential Functions Technical Product Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact and product owner for the technical implementation phase of website development projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements. Timelines and Project Planning: Develop and own project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of technical components. Work closely with project managers to align technical timelines with broader project schedules. Level of Effort Estimation: Conduct thorough analysis and estimation of the level of effort required for technical implementation tasks. Interface with the Solutions Consulting and Sales team to provide a level of effort for the development of custom solutions. Provide accurate and realistic timelines for development sprints and project milestones. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with front-end developers, back-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technical components. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical team members, facilitating effective communication. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the technical implementation process for efficiency and quality. Implement best practices and standards to enhance the development workflow. Technical Documentation: Own the delivery of developer toolkit training, ensuring that clients and team members are well-versed in the tools and resources provided. Interface with clients to understand their needs and customize training programs accordingly. Qualifications Proven experience in front-end development, with a deep understanding of web technologies. Previous experience in a technical product owner or project management role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Potential base salary. Does not include bonus OR commission and benefits.
