Job Description Your Career
We are looking for a Technical Enablement & Readiness Manager to drive our technical enablement charter and manage our Security programs and initiatives to accelerate our success in JAPAC. We need a person who thrives in a fast and collaborative environment and has a proven track record as a strategic doer and organizer; someone who can strategize and lead the execution of cross-functional programs on tight deadlines and limited resources. You will work on a broad set of initiatives covering our Hardware NGFW, Software NGFW’s (VM & CN-Series), SASE, and Prisma Cloud. Activities will range from sales enablement, program management, and go-to-market planning for our industry-leading products in the Cybersecurity space.
Technical Enablement & Readiness Leader is instrumental in building partner capacity and capabilities to support Palo Alto Networks Partner-Led strategy and revenue growth in cross-platform plays, particularly for Network Security and SASE. The incumbent is the conduit and focal point between the field, GTM team, and the specialist-sales teams to align and shape Palo Alto Networks' platform enablement strategy and roadmap.
Your Impact
Maintain ownership of the Hardware NGFW, Software NGFW’s (VM & CN-Series), SASE, and Prisma Cloud for our Security portfolio, creating high impact and measurable outcomes for the businessResponsible for planning, organizing, and developing training content and sales assets in support of our Security portfolioDevelop training and program analyses, strategies, and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations to various audiences, including senior executivesDrive the significant organizational and process changes needed for the implementation and adoption of large-scale enablement initiatives and programs to increase company efficiencyBuild & use strong relationships across the sales organization, marketing, product management, and our channel partners to drive initiatives, and receive continuous feedback from key contactsEnsure on-time delivery of initiatives, programs, and projects with high quality and clear communicationDrive measurable business outcomes for the ecosystems (routes to market) by ensuring technical readiness at the partner levels across all the different product stacks, platforms and portfolioEnsure partners and ecosystems are proficient and can sell the entire portfolio and platform through the various stages - Adopt, Consumption, Renewal, and ExpandCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Education/product Management/GTM teams) to facilitate partner readiness and effectivenessEstablish shared services (virtual partner help desk - including tools, processes and resources) to support the ecosystems (routes to market) - The shared services will allow our ecosystems to be self-sufficient as well as create the ability for them to self-service and ensure frictionless collaboration Qualifications Your Experience
7+ years of Sales and Marketing Strategy, Technical Sales, Sales, Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations, or equivalent experience with demonstrated steady career progression and growing scope of responsibilityTrack record of driving successful cross-functional initiatives from design to execution Knowledge of the Cybersecurity product landscape and enterprise B2B sales are highly desiredA self-starter who is confident with working on multiple simultaneous programs that require both end-to-end strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical executionExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business judgment and demonstrated project management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding presentation skills - must be comfortable presenting content to executive staffExcellent teamwork and time-management skills Additional Information Our Commitment
