The Enterprise Payment Solutions Risk Management and Partner Support team has an exciting new opportunity for a Technology Business Operations Manager. This team is responsible for the applications and tools utilized by our Risk Management Teams. This team coordinates the onboarding of new Partners onto our services, vetting of new tools, and serves as a liaison between customers and development departments. This team works in a very fluid environment where no two days are the same, and there are ample learning opportunities. The successful manager will be engaged with the team and build upon the strong comradery that exists today. This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States.
What you'll be responsible for:
Oversees and contributes to the design, modification, and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products from definition and planning through implementation and release. Functions as a central resource with design, development, quality assurance, marketing, and implementation as the software product(s) move through their lifecycle.
Creates and maintains the product/vision roadmap.
Promotes the use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.
Provides direction, control, and mentoring for Technical Business Analysts under the direction.
Contributes to people management functions including goal setting, performance appraisals, P&L management, budgeting, etc.
Engages with appropriate software partners to make enhancements to risk management system applications.
Contributes to the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of application enhancements and/or upgrades. May implement updates and/or changes to application code.
Ensures all solutions and enhancements are fully tested.
Initiates and executes projects and ensures projects are completed on schedule.
Coordinates implementations and training with risk management analysts.
Maintains risk and control inventory for the department.
Executes policies and procedures regarding regulatory requirements.
Implements needed risk management system enhancements and serve as a resource for determining and validating proposed system enhancements.
Interacts with merchant clients, independent sales organizations (ISOs), value-added resellers (VARs), and financial institutions.
Manages technical support activities and facilitates the resolution of technical problems for applications.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
Previous professional leadership experience, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Operations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues (Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, Technical Support, Software Development or Programming).
Ability for occasional travel.
What would be nice for you to have:

Excellent leadership, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Project Management experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community.
Knowledge of the credit analyst or credit underwriting process.
Experience with SDLC and software implementation.
