• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising clients on best practice to create lasting value and enhanced experiences
• Advise clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences
• Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables
• Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the NTT methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality
• Define technical and design approaches, lead scrums, and advise technical consulting resources on development and configuration activities
• Lead sprint planning and review meetings, ensure the technical team follows the NTT methodology, and drive towards successful project completion
• Estimate time and effort for technical resources and proactively communicate progress and forecast changes to the Engagement Manager
• Own the technical quality on customer projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee Go-Live planning efforts
• Assist with discovery workshops and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define customer requirements
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration activities and initiatives
• Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience
• 5+ years ITSM experience
• 5+ years ITSM experience
• 5+ years HRSD experience
• 5+ years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD)
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification in additional practice areas such as ITBM, SPM, WSD, GRC, IRM, HSRD, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, Service Portal (UX
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $125 min. to $133 max. per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
