Main Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planningOversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilitiesBuild and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with senior leaders on special projectsServe as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communicationsOversees, collects, and conducts the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisionsApplies methods, processes, algorithms and systems to extract knowledge and insights from many structural and unstructured data sets as they exist todayLeads organization-wide benchmarking and Key Performance Indicator analysisEstablishes new methods of Key Performance Indicator collection and reportingEvaluates outcomes and identifies the impact and whyDefines metrics which determine performance for overall strategy and individual goals within the strategySynthesizes findings and implications into recommendations for PF Leaders that are understandable by various functions, including senior executivesUtilizes available tools to segment data and share that output with appropriate partiesDevelop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and project reports to effectively manage projectLiaise with functional groups & global stakeholders to prioritize project execution plan, source management & resource availabilityManage daily execution of projects to ensure timely delivery with required quality through effective monitoring and controlIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathProactively manage change to preserve business plan commitments and ensure timely escalations/mitigationsIdentify, analyze, and solve problems related to projects, processes and teamCoach, mentor and engage project team to develop competenciesEnsure adherence to Organizational processes, quality standards and project specifications; and foster a culture of quality and performanceIdentify actions/opportunities for continual improvements and support positive change managementEnsure timely and appropriate employee performance management and evaluation
Who are you?
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a business administration, finance, or economics , or relevant experienceMBA desired. Combination of educational qualification and work experience can be considered for equivalenceSuperior verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organizationProven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departmentsExtremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivityExperience planning and leading strategic initiativesExperience in analytical role involving:Developing and presenting analyses and recommendations to stakeholdersExperience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of an organizationEntrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a large organizationProven understanding of technology and work process flowsAdvanced computer skills and excellent knowledge of business software applications such as MS Project/Open Workbench and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to collaborate with internal/external groups for effective problem resolutionGood Process orientation skills with self-initiative to drive continual improvementsExcellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated analytical abilitiesThe ability to work both independently and within teamsExperience with data cleansing and manipulationComfort with learning new skills and analytical toolsAdvanced level skill in Microsoft Excel required (for example: using lookup functions and/or creating a pivot table)Advanced level skill translating concepts into compelling visuals and Microsoft PowerPoint slidesDesired familiarity with relational databases a plus (e.g., Power BI, SQL) Familiarity with data visualization tools a plus (e.g., Qlik, Tableau)
