We are looking for a Technical Accounting Expert to join our RTR Europe Projects and SMEs in Lodz, Poland .
Technical Accounting Expert is responsible for maintaining existing UiPath bots and ensuring a smooth Month End Closing process through automatic transactions monitoring, AICO master data maintenance, and end user support in case of technical problems.
What you'll do
In this rewarding role, you have responsibility for ensuring the correctness of the AICO master data, serving as the first line of support in case of technical issues with automatic tasks in AICO or with RPAs, and securing smooth month end closing processes.
Your main responsibilities are:Monitor and maintain active RPA bots/AICO automated tasks and provide first line support in case of errors,Previous experience in writing scripts (in Python or other language) or codes in UiPath is an additional asset,Run process improvement projects,Create and maintain users master data in AICO,Implement approved changes to AICO master data,Maintain local settings and master data (local administration),Maintain technical documentation,Continuously look for improvements and implement quick wins.Technical accounting expert is part of the Record to Report CoE team. The purpose of the department is to manage the Record to Report processes and to ensure financial integrity; this means ensuring transparent and correct accounting, monitoring current processes, ensuring the integrity of our financial data, solving issues/managing escalations, and taking part in implementing new processes. You will report to the Team Manager Record to Report Center of Excellence. You will interact with a variety of stakeholders: RTR, Finance Business Partners, Financial Controllers, Accounting, PTP/C&C teams, and the internal and external auditor.
Your qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean) would be a preference. You have a proactive attitude with analytical and communicative capabilities. Network skills are of the utmost importance. A proficient level of English language is essential.
