Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be part of the Customer Success teamresponsible for the implementation, ongoing support, and growth of a diverse set of clienttrading systems based in the APAC. Working closely with our engineers and product managers, you will help solve complex problems for our global customer base. This involves technical troubleshooting and functional requirements gathering. It requires an understanding of IT system architecture and eventually, an understanding of financial markets and financial instruments.
On the client side, you will interact with both the traders and technical staff that uses Broadridge trading solutions. You will be part of a mission-critical team with excellent exposure to fast-paced, high-tech environments spanning trading solutions across various product types, exchanges, and continents.

ResponsibilitiesWork directly with clients to help implement and use functionalitySetting up asolution to quote on a market, setting up volatility surfaces, delivering a solution for algo trading, etc.Troubleshoot systems together with the users, liaising with our engineering team on issues that require code changes.Support the BTCS sales team with new deliveries and new clients.Collaborate with exchanges on new functionality and market upgrades.Partner with IT staff at client sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues.Travel to other offices or client sites, if needed.Your profileGood knowledge of Linux commands, Python and Shell scriptingBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Physics, or related disciplineBasic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming languageWilling to work directly with customersGood communication skillsProblem-solving skillsBe a motivated team playerAble to multitask in an organized mannerAmenable to support Australia trading hours - 6 AM to 3:00 PM PHT from April toOctober and 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM from November to March.Good to haveExperience in electronic trading systems such as Fidessa, Tbricks, Orc, Flex Trade etc.Exposure to options market-making, algorithms related to derivative related trading (spreading, volatility trading, arbitrage)Exposure APAC markets#LI-KA2 #LI-Hybrid
