The Client Services team provides enterprise level support to our customers and partners. After a thorough training program on our Acceptance suite of products, you’ll be part of a team providing technical advice and expertise to our world-class client base.
The Technical Solutions Account Manager Associate provides quality client support to our premier and midmarket clients, representing all aspects of Visa’s Acceptance and CyberSource’s technical support infrastructure, as required by the client once live.
This role is an individual contributor role on a team reporting into a team lead / manager focused on clients in the hiring region but in partnership with a global organization.
This role is designed to offer account management support to smaller merchants without dedicated named coverage. Activities will include supporting the client queries via a shared email queue and ensuring the clients feel their concerns are being addressed from a client-centric perspective. Additionally, the role may cover ad-hoc requests to train the client’s users in various aspects of the Cybersource tools and services and help the client achieve the best from the products they have implemented.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Work a queue of client requests and queries for our small to midsize accounts to assist in client projectsOffer high-quality support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolution, through emails, conference calls and ad-hoc phone calls.Build client confidence and knowledge through short ad-hoc training sessionsFoster a client-centric ethos and help the clients achieve their stated objectivesOffer guidance to clients on their usage of the Cybersource products and servicesWork with Account Management team to identify product and knowledge gaps and opportunities within the client base.Exemplify excellent customer service for the benefit of the clients and internal employees, by creating an engaged relationship with the merchant.Identify and share process improvement within the team This is a 12 Months Fixed-Term contract hybrid position. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
