The Tech Support Specialist provides technical support to fast paced healthcare environment. This function includes in person, hands on support, remote support to incident management response and restoration; determination of issue priority, service request fulfillment; installations, upgrades, and releases/deployments; and problem management analysis and resolution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support Bassett Network Analyze and investigate trends and issues Work is frequently completed without established procedures Works independently and with a team Act as a resource for others May coordinate others' activities Respond to and resolve reported computer software, hardware, operating system Fulfill service requests Perform installations, upgrades, releases & deployments

Required Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a technical support position 1+ years of customer service experience Valid driver's license Ability to travel 25% of the time Ability to provide coverage on weekends & holidays on an on call basis

Active directory experience MS Office experience (teams, outlook, exchange) ServiceNow experience HP Printer support experience

New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $18.80 to $36.78 per hour.
