We are in an exciting period of our Supply Chain Transformation, with new capabilities being designed, developed and deployed to step change our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) by aligning all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, finance and supply chain. This enterprise-wide strategic initiative will help GSK to align strategic and operational plans, make better & faster demand and supply decisions based on accurate data and respond quickly to changing supply and market conditions to achieve business objectives.
The Director of Product Management - Supply Planning, is accountable for driving the vision, strategy and roadmap for a single product within the GSC business unit for all Supply Planning activities. The role holder will ensure that all work performed by team is focused on Value, Flow & Quality, aswell as partnering with the Business Owner to collectively ensure the product lifecycle is effectively managed and prioritized. The role needs to partner with the full product team (direct reports and matric reports) to ensure the development of the best full stack Technology solution to achieve the desired business outcomes. They will also ensure that Agile standard operating model, ceremonies and culture is embedded within the product team ways of working.
