Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. This role will entail managing a team of Process Engineers working within an electronics assembly factory. The role will require you to assign work, set priorities, manage employee performances, and develop employees. As part of the Factory support team you will be dealing with mature products as well as new products, working with factory personnel as well as Program, Engineering, and Quality teams to develop solutions. You will be using data analysis skills to drive your teams' continuous improvement projects and drive recommendations for future planning activities.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in STEM related studies with eight (8) years' experience, or the overall equivalent experience &/or education in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering / Weld;
Experience in Manufacturing and/or Assembly
Leadership experience;
Proficient in structured problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis;
Strong background in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and effective stakeholder management;
Analytical ability to analyze data and identify trends for process improvement;
Proven ability to lead and facilitate lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects;
Training and coaching skills to develop and enhance the capabilities of the operational teams;
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Certification in a relevant quality management system (e.g., ISO 9001) is preferred;
Up-to-date knowledge of industry and government quality standards, regulations, and best practices;
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $122870 - $208890
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
