  Key Skills:

  •Min 12 Years of experience with 5 years as a Teamcenter solution architect

  •Must have architected at least 2 Siemens Teamcenter implementation or transformation programs.

  •Should have strong experience leading technical teams to deliver PLM transformation and implementation initiatives.

  •Ability to build a strong team in remote conditions

  •Should have the ability to identify and select the right talent

  •Implements and maintains the needs to ensure teams are appropriately trained and mentored to deliver the services

  •Act as a key Contributor to the Capgemini PLM Delivery Execution framework

  •Assess Customer Opportunity regarding feasibility, value, and risks

  •Contribute with Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes

  •Challenge customer business processes regarding value creation and business transformation

  •Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging Teamcenter Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort

  •Leverage collaboration between Capgemini organization around a common view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction

  •Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope

  •Support Consultants and architects

  •Strong verbal and written communication skills

  •Experience in managing and mentoring junior talent.

  Technical Skills:

  •Experience handling large-scale Teamcenter programs is desirable.

  •Experience in Agile development, especially on Agile SAFe.

  •Experience in Analysing business processes and business requirements

  •Exposure to Cloud technologies, DevOps

  •Define software architecture and technology strategy and execute feasibility study

  •Follow company standards, Forecast workload

  •Technical inclination/ understanding to drive the team to recognize and identify trends and issues and drive Service Improvement ideas and implementations

  Additional Skills:

  •Must have exposure to Engineering and Manufacturing IT implementation/support in various Industry sector

  •TOGAF certification is highly desirable

  •Ability to work with multiple Vertical and Horizontals and manage internal complexity is a critical success factor for this role

  •Pyramid Management, Attrition Control, Financial Forecast
