What you will do -
As the Medical Device Inventory Associate, you will receive, store, and issue materials and equipment. In addition, you will keep records, compile reports/metrics and assist in documenting requirements for the Branch, keeping the Branch at Audit readiness and to address quality issues with Branch management.
Compile, review, and maintain data from, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documentsVerify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errorsDetermine proper storage methods, identification, and stock locationPrepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages and/or shipmentsDispose of damaged or defective items following proceduresPack and unpack items to be stockedConfer with personnel and stock procurement and availabilityPrepare products, supplies, equipment, or other itemsIssue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies based on information from incoming requisitionsReceive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computerStore items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areasCycle count inventory in various hospital and office locations throughout territory; reconcile counts with company inventory logs; submit adjustments; responsible to count all branch inventory at least once per annual yearOversee and ensure signed Customer Consignment Agreement forms are in place for every consignment location.Occasionally perform responsibilities in Hospital/Operating room settingWork with Branch management and sales to optimize inventory levels and utilizationImplement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch.Implement and oversee branch-wide procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP systemUnderstand and implement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry recordsCarry out long-term projects and keep management informed of progress from start to finish.
What you need -
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree -preferred3+ years of experience required; Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment -preferredValid Driver's license with good driving recordMust have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed.Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
$23.24 - $31.89 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
