To implement the overall Talent Management strategy along the entire employee lifecycle to identify, engage, assess, develop, and retain employees. This comprises performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, assessment center, and career development, while ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion.
Your responsibilities
Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with the organizations business objectives and growth initiativesOversee the implementation of performance management, talent review and succession planning processes.Drive employee engagement and performance excellence initiatives.Coordinate the implementation of assessment center for selection and development purposes.Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in talent management practices, policies, and programs across geographies.Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent management programs, and use data-driven insights to inform decision -making and continuous improvement efforts.Partner with local HR teams to provide guidance and support on talent management best practices, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining alignment with global talent management standards.Lead and support change management efforts related to talent initiatives, including organizational restructures, mergers and acquisitions, and expansion into new markets.Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting practices that support a diverse workforce and ensure a welcoming and supportive work environment for all employees across the region.Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for regional HR teams to enhance their talent management capabilities and ensure consistent application of best practices across the region.Upskill talent management team in Europe in close cooperation with global Talent Management framework.
Your background
Bachelor's or master's degree in the area of Human Resources, Business Administration or similarLeadership Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent management, including managing employees across multiple countries or regions.Cross-Cultural Competence: Strong appreciation for diversity, equity and inclusion, with the ability to navigate and leverage cultural nuances to drive effective talent management practices across various countries.Communication and change leadership: Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and to drive change through clear and compelling messages.Facilitation, training and coaching skillsExcellent command of English, other languages are a plusStrategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with business objectives on a regional or global scale.Change Management: Proven experience in leading and implementing organizational change initiatives related to talent management, such as restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, or expansions into new markets.Performance Management: Experience in designing and implementing performance management processes that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and development.Assessment Center: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating assessment center methodologies and tools to assess and develop functional and leadership competencies.Talent Analytics: Proficiency in utilizing talent analytics and metrics to form talent management strategies and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
