About Team Lead HR Operations Germany (f/m/d)

  We are looking for a passionate Team Lead HR Operations Germany to support us from a project as well from a day-to-day perspective.   Your responsibilities

  Responsibility for the vendor-managed payroll for around 1'800 employeesLeading a team of HR specialists who are responsible for the execution of payroll, compensation and benefits tasks and processesSupervising and contributing to daily operations of the team (e.g. HR data maintenance, payroll administration, monthly payroll runs, etc.)Responsibility for execution of annual processes such as bonus payout, salary revision and fringe benefits processesManaging payroll related risk and control processes and activitiesCollaborating with other teams in the HR Operations organization, ensure that excellent HR services are provided to our employees and customersLeading activities and projects aiming to develop and optimize payroll, compensation and benefits processes

  Your background

  Strong operational background of work experience in HR Payroll fieldFirst Leadership experiences would be beneficialProficiency in use of SAP HCM and MS Office products, additional Workday experience as a big plusGood knowledge of laws and regulations which are relevant for managing a payroll in GermanyStrong analytical skills and expertise in working with numbers, data and related tools and instruments (e.g. data reporting, statistics, excel, etc.)Structured, precise and efficient way of working as well as ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentFluent in German and English is a must
