Are you a true IT expert and do you like to develop user-centric B2C web applications and advanced eCommerce strategies? As Team Lead eCommerce ContiTrade (m/f/diverse) you will be responsible for UX, concept and development of B2C web applications in the ContiTrade EMEA region. This includes demand management by managing stakeholder expectations and requirements as well as roll-out to target markets. You will be the first point of contact for all business relevant issues related to B2X for stakeholders. You will also monitor and report relevant KPIs for B2C and B2B to key ContiTrade users and the management team.
Your Tasks

QualificationsAcademic degree in Business Administration, Business Information, Information Technology, or a comparable educationSeveral years of professional experience as Product Owner for digital solutions/UX and Project Management and/or Business Process ManagerComprehensive know-how in agile/waterfall project methodologyExperience in the management of internal employees and in the control of external service providersAnalytical and structured working approachExperience in working in multinational teamsProfessional proficiency in English (written and spoken), optionally in GermanWillingness to travel within EMEA 10-20%Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.

The business scope includes sales to end consumers, business and fleet customers, wholesale and as a service partner to Continental, as well as other major tire brands. This is done physically in branches and on the road, as well as through e-commerce platforms.
