Responsible for supervising the daily functions of a production department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and organising the coding team to ensure SLAs are achievedReport problems to line Manager and help to resolve themAnalyse quality and productivity reports to ensure targets are metProvide feedback to the coding teamAssist Manager in ensuring the team are constantly improvingIdentifying problem areas and deliver trainingAble to help with basic processing tasks if neededLiaise with the Quality Control and Reference Data teams to ensure rules are being adhered to and look for areas for improvementPlan cross training across different SLA groups to ensure the team are able to cover when volumes are higher than expected or resource is lowEnsure documentation is kept up to dateEnsure IT issues are raised appropriatelyAssist Manager when planning team meetingsRecommend enhancements, and changes to software and applications to make processes more efficient and eliminate data quality risks.Recommend guideline reviews based on analysis of data inputs and research reports.Communicate any production delays or delivery gaps to product leadership and all other stakeholders and downstream partners.Provide support for other Ad Intel deliverables across other media as needed.Coordinate training and re-training efforts for associates on team.Coach and mentor direct reports.
