Your Role – Regional, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
• Arrange gate passes of project / service teams for entry into industrial plants particularly Govt entities (Aramco, SABIC, etc.) for project working sites inside these plants by applying in the respective portals or submitting manual applications.
• Arranging visas for visitors from other Siemens entities (visiting engineers for projects) and making lodging arrangements.
• Submit time sheets, invoices, collect cheques, submit project documents, getting signatures for LC, etc. to customers.
• Activities for on-boarding of new employees and arranging their laptops, access card, arranging initial accommodation, transport, etc.
• Activities for off-boarding of leaving employees to secure company assets and fulfilling requirements for leaving employee.
• Supporting in administrative work related to arranging meetings with customers for Siemens employees and visitors.
• Administrative support for procurement of fixed assets, office equipment (non-fixed assets), etc. for all DI employees.
