Job Overview
A person who is involved in process improvement, streamlining, and simplifying Supply Chain planning processes. Also responsible for developing, planning, and conducting training activities by creating an effective learning environment that fosters participants' intellectual curiosity and helps to enhance discipline-specific thinking strategies for problem-solving/issue resolution.
Performs any activity that is intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of team members of the Integrated Supply Chain Planning Hub.Design Supply Chain courses to meet learning outcomes and promote participants' active participation in their own learning.Identifying key improvement priorities to streamline and simplify SC processes while looking for digitization opportunities.Process flow and standard Supply Chain Planning process documents maintenance.A key member of the global lean committee, share/provide/lead global projects and activities.Take role of internal process consultant, to assist Supply Chain managers in solving management issues
What your background should look like:
Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalentSAP (or other ERP software) - 3-5 yearsunderstanding of MRP, experience in Supply Chain Management - 3-5 yearsExtensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate to cross-functional teams.Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, and travel when necessary.Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus.
