  KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Intern to join our Global Mobility Services (https://tax.kpmg.us/services/global-mobility.html) practice.

  Responsibilities:

  Assist in providing global tax, compensation, benefits and HR-related services by working as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing industry knowledge and experience

  Support management of internal relationships and help build client relationships

  Help advise clients and be accountable for delivering high quality tax service and advice

  Help manage risk and financial performance of engagement by supporting management

  Participate in and contribute external to market and business activities

  Qualifications:

  Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Business, Accounting, Systems or a related field

  Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above

  Proficiency in one or more of the following is preferred, but not required: MS Access, VB, Power BI, Alteryx and/or SQL

  Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio or other process mapping software

  Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work

  Must reside within a reasonably commutable distance to the office for this position and be able to travel to reasonably commutable work locations using own means of transportation, such as a personal vehicle or public transportation

  Ability to travel and/or work on-site at client premises as needed, at times with relatively short notice

  Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
