About the Role:
The Talent Readiness Intern will provide operational support of the Talent Enablement projects and programs that enable continuous growth and development for global CrowdStrikers. The Talent Readiness Intern will report to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development within Global Human Resources. This role requires an enthusiastic creative problem-solver with exceptional attention to details. Success in this role is dependent on the ability to confidently pivot and balance multiple priorities under pressure to meet the needs of the business and deliver projects on time.
What You'll Do:
The Talent Readiness Intern will support all the Talent Enablement programs including: scheduling training, tracking participation, following-up with CrowdStrikers, and helping with the creation of content. In this role, the intern will learn about corporate training and how it supports our CrowdStrikers performance, and impact to the organization. Depending on the business needs, the following responsibilities may be updated:Create and update the Internal intranet pagesManage the shared document repositories and folders (I.e., Box, Google Drive)Support the team with administrative tasks relating to tracking participation and maintaining the Talent Enablement training schedule up to dateHelp editing, formatting, and proofreading content and presentationsProactively find ways to add value and follow-up on any action items and complete tasks Act professionally, friendly and helpful to all CrowdStrikersAttend all meetings on time or communicate in advance any changes in scheduleCommunicate with timeliness, detail, and reliability; owning responsibilities and not requiring reminders or frequent direction from the managerManage time effectively maintaining a 40-hour work week with meal and rest breaks What You'll Need: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite Demonstrate drive and self-motivation to work independentlyAbility to perform confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and pivot directionsWork with a virtual team across multiple time zones with fellow CrowdStrikersPursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or Business AdministrationGraduating between December 2024 and June 2025 Bonus Points: Past leadership experience as an officer or leader of a student organizationPrevious work experience in a service-oriented jobStrong proficiency with graphic design tools (i.e., Adobe Photoshop) or video production software (i.e., iMovie, FinalCut Pro)#LI-MI1
