About Talent Programs Analyst

  Eaton's ES AMER ESS is currently seeking a Talent Programs Analyst.

  This position is located at our Nacogdoches, TX facility. No relocation assistance will be provided.

  The expected annual salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 a year.

  What you'll do:

  Position Overview:

  The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the HR Manager in the development, implementation, and administration of HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives and maintain positive employee relations. This position facilitates recruitment, onboarding, and new employee orientation. Also, this position will utilize data analysis techniques to proactively identify opportunities and develop recommendations for improvement both within the HR function as well as the assigned business groups.

  In this function you will:

  • Support the site hiring plan of salaried and hourly employees

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with the Eaton Talent Acquisition Center

  • Coordinate and facilitate the New Employee Orientation and Onboarding processes

  • Monitor employment for contingent personnel through partnership with Randstad

  • Lead outreach efforts by promoting and maintaining relationships with civic and educational institutions.

  • Assist in the development of the Affirmative Action Plan and related reports/documentation.

  • Provide proactive support in establishing a progressive human resources climate that enhances continuous improvement, positive communications, and a teaming environment

  • Responsible for modeling and communicating the Eaton Values & Philosophy Work Practices

  Qualifications:

  Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • One (1) year of Human Resources or Recruiting experience

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

  • No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service Member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution

  • Special knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and procedures as they relate to recruitment, terminations, AAP/EEO, FLSA, unemployment, Workers' Compensation, etc

  • Two (2) years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role

  • Experience with large ramp up of business in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment

  • Bi-lingual
