Job Summary:
The Talent Lifecycle Processes Lead will build and sustain integrated talent development processes and solutions to assess, engage and develop associates and leaders across Sysco in a way that supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture, and a purpose-driven and customer-focused company. Maintains an ever-evolving proactive view of continuous process improvement to support the evolving needs of our business and to support and enable a compelling associate experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides input to the development of a holistic and connected Sysco strategy for core talent processes including performance management and feedback, career development, and talent review and succession planningOwns, improves and deploys core talent processes of performance management and feedback, career development, and talent review and succession planning across Sysco.Using data and analytics approaches, measures the quality, effectiveness (impact) and efficiency of core talent processes, and creates reports to communicate insights and recommended changes to improve process efficacy and impact to drive business performance and talent development and retention.Maintains key metrics to track effectiveness of one-two talent lifecycle processes in the talent management portfolio.Support and implement technology (e.g. WorkDay) enhancements to efficiently deliver high-impact processes and to integrate the data between core processes to support associate growth and enhance talent development and succession planning.Embraces collaborative approaches and partnership to build and maintain effective relationships with GTM team members, HRBPs and business/functional leaders.Designs and develops the communications plan, communications and training support materials to increase the capability of the HR Business Partner and leadership populations to use the core talent processes.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with a related degree (e.g. Process Management, Business Administration, Human Resources) required for external candidates but preferred for internal candidates
Education Preferred:
Master's degree in Organization Development, HR or related field
Experience Required:
4+ years of experience in process management roles working cross-culturally in Fortune 500 organizations
Experience Preferred:
Proficient in WorkDay HCM platform and other collaborative software platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom
Licenses/Certification Preferred:
Process management or process improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Technical Skills & Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of relevant talent processes and their applicationUnrelenting focus on creating simple processes and a great associate/user experienceAbility to identify success measures and improvement strategies.Advanced knowledge of business management software (e.g. WorkDay).Use of data and analytics tools and excellent troubleshooting skills (collaborative approaches using interviews, focus groups and surveys).Ability to coordinate projects and lead multiple teams.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Advanced report and process writing skills.Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams skills in interpreting, summarizing and communication data, and key insights for various stakeholders.
