  Responsibilities

  Researches, evaluates, and implements programs, strategies, and best practices to develop, attract, and retain the best talent to meet the organizations needsPartners with HR&D functions and business areas to execute learning, development and acquisition strategies and best practicesAnalyzes labor market and internal trends that may impact State Farms business and develops solutions to advance company objectivesFocuses on transforming State Farms attraction, development, and retention strategies and processes to help enhance and shape the overall candidate and employee experienceDevelops innovative solutions around candidate and employee experiences, people analytics, branding/marketing and technology enhancements, including infusion of artificial intelligence into the employee journeyConducts research and analysis, influences collaboration, makes recommendations, coordinates and may lead projects and develops solutionsInterprets, creates, analyzes, communicates and presents reports and data supporting or influencing business decisionsDesigns, validates, and supports new and existing tools, processes, programs, and policies#LI-AP1

  Qualifications

  Learning Experience Design - Experienced in design and execution large scale, complex learning initiatives (leader audience preferred); adult learning backgroundStrong business orientation - Understanding of business objectives, leadership capabilities, and how to establish measurable KPIs & aligned performance/learning objectivesEntrepreneurial spirit & marketing mindset, highly creative, innovative, resourcefulStrong project & stakeholder management skills; can manage complexity without sacrificing attention to detailComfortable presenting to Executives and large audiences, comprised of multiple levels of leadership; articulate and influential; effective storytellerOperates effectively in dynamic environments; comfort with ambiguity and "working in the grey"; highly adaptableExperience in marketing and virtual srotytelling is preferredMust be comfortable articulating work product and presenting to senior leadersDesire for utility player with talent mobility - leveraged across teams
