We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Talent & Learning Partner to join our Organizational Development team and support our people in achieving their fullest potential.
This position will report to the Global Talent & Learning Director, part of the Global Organizational Development team, and will work very closely with HR Business Partner of our markets and our leaders.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders, HR business partners, and other collaborators to identify learning and development needs within different areas and regions.Be a strategic partner to the business, advising on the best ways to deliver learning and development opportunities and experiences to our people.Source, evaluate, and recommend learning resources, courses, and tools, to develop a comprehensive learning curriculum that aligns with organizational goals and individual career paths.Partner with Workday Learning Analyst, to understand system capabilities and optimize the delivery and tracking of training programs.Generate reports and insights on learning progress, completion rates, and skills development, and support local business with auditing.Partner with business to conduct and deploy talent and learning initiatives.Lead projects to enhance and evolve our learning & development programs and offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related fieldExperience in learning and development, talent development, or a related role.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all organizational levels.Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.Analytical attitude with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Will be a plus:
Knowledge of industry trends and best-practices in learning and development.Spanish and/or Portuguese
