Are you currently an undergrad student at an accredited university majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration? Do you have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and critical thinking ability? If yes, we want to talk to you! A summer internship at The Coca-Cola Company is a great way to develop business skills and gain practical experience executing projects that have a global impact.
In this role you will support the commercialization and delivery of our global careers and development model 'Thrive' and the programs that enable 'Thrive' to come to life. These initiatives put employees in the driver's seat of their careers to help them build their skills and capabilities, grow their networks and enable them to take on new development experiences. This work is inclusive but not limited to supporting areas like talent management, careers and innovation, and succession management.
What's In It For You
Work collaboratively and communicate often with HR Business Partners, HR centers of excellence, and technology and service leaders
Learn about using Agile working principles to transform corporate culture
Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and workshops to share insights, learnings, and contribute to a collaborative work environment
Analyze data and metrics related to talent initiatives to prepare reports for internal use
Aid designing and creating marketing materials, presentations, and communication assets to promote internal programs and offerings
Assist with global projects and help implement changes that support new ways of working in our digital world
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices and innovations in talent management and propose recommendations for improvement
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communications, UX/UI Design, Business Administration, or any other related major with a final graduation date no sooner than December 2024.
Be detail-oriented, proactive, friendly, and collaborative.
Proficient with various Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
Ability to manage multiple products simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Creative and analytical eye for product design and 'process improvement"
Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
