ABOUT THE ROLE:
Enova is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading and supporting initiatives in areas such as new hire orientation, compliance training, leadership development, and survey analysis. Collaboration with various departments and vendors is key, and the role requires expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and the use of talent development tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead emerging talent cohorts through leadership development programs. Design and develop instructional materials. Administer, track, and communicate compliance training requirements. Administer effectiveness surveys, including 360-degree feedback. Facilitate corporate new hire orientation.
REQUIREMENTS:
2-4 years of experience in Talent Development or Learning and Development Proficiency with a Learning Management System Experience as a facilitator of manager/leadership development programs Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., filtering, vlookups, pivot tables) Familiarity with talent development tools and platforms, such as CultureAmp, Lessonly (Seismic Learning), Workday (HRIS), and Atlassian Wiki Benefits & Perks:
