As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with various collaborators to craft, deliver, and be responsible for engaging and effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter authorities, internal clients, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and craft tailored solutions considering instructional design standard methodologies and the stated learning objectives.Design, develop and handle all aspects of learning programs including, instructional and curriculum design, logistics and delivery, performance monitoring and metrics.Scale programs globally by using blended learning approaches, train the trainer and simulations for 'just in time' learning.Develop facilitation skills in resident SMEs to help scale 'Global Adjunct Program.' Build and update learning materials, including online courses, videos, training modules, and instructional guides, crafting and using innovative graphics, narrations, and gamification. Leverage and adapt to new emerging learning technology/tools to build innovative learning experiences.Maintain comprehensive documentation of learning materials, program development, and participant progress through effective project management.Ensure the quality and accuracy of learning materials and results. Address learner support queries and, were vital, triage to team members.Ability to work independently as well as part of a matrixed team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in any discipleAt least 4 years of experience in L&D-with experience in program/project management with strong team member management and facilitation skillsKnowledge of instructional theories (including assessments)Excellent project management and social skillsExperience in soft skills programmingExcellent written and oral communication skillsFamiliarity in software such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, etc and MS SuiteSome experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, and presentations (both in-person and virtually).Familiarity with Learning Management SystemsUnderstanding of Adult Learning Theory
