The opportunity
We are looking to hire a Talent Development Partner to join our Employee Experience team. Talent Development is on a mission to create undeniable business value so that every employee can do their most impactful work.
We have a fantastic opportunity to shape our leadership development agenda globally; developing and delivering ground-breaking, world-class experiences, that drive change at scale.
Our work is more about solving problems than "creating training". The right candidate will have a proven track record of deeply understanding the true job to be done before designing a solution.
Key focus areas include:
Leading cross-functional, global initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Using design expertise to develop high quality learning experiences
Working across multiple functions and building alignment and agreement for key initiatives
Building consultative relationships with senior business leaders
Implementing a measurement and evaluation strategy
You will work closely with business leaders, Global Talent Development, Talent Management, Data and Insights, Employee Communications, and other teams to drive business impact.

What you'll do
Lead the development and execution of global leadership development processes, programs and offerings
Incorporate a solid understanding of behavioral change and scalable solutions to lead and develop solutions
Provide design expertise and consultation on organizational needs
Work proactively with key team members, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform design and continuous improvement of solutions
Cultivate relationships with Talent Management, HR Business Partners and business leaders by understanding business challenges and how they translate into our leader development strategy
Partnering with the business to co-design and co-deliver leadership meetings and training programs
What you need to succeed
Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful solutions from strategy to implementation, driven by a deep curiosity about the underlying business issues to be solved
Awareness of the latest leadership content, and judgement to decide which models to leverage given Adobe's culture, rituals and business goals. This may include content related to behavioral change, talent management, change leadership, team effectiveness and coaching
Relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of the organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills
Ability to understand and appropriately weigh multiple inputs to shape and iteratively improve solutions. This includes knowing when to defend and when to abandon previously held assumptions
Proven great teammate with demonstrated ability to work in a fast -paced environment
A minimum of 5 years of related experience in Human Resources, Product Development, Consulting, or Change Leadership
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $95,600 -- $195,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
