As a Talent Brand Program Manager reporting to the Global Leader - Talent Brand, you will partner closely with our Senior Talent Brand Marketing Manager in India, our global Talent Brand team, vendors, business stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and Talent Acquisition to deliver data-driven, integrated marketing solutions (such as events, conferences, partnerships, content) that will build Atlassian's reputation as a world-class technology company, ultimately attracting and engaging top talent.
In this role you will:
Plan, organise and oversee an events calendar, to build our employer brand reputation (e.g. events, conferences, Meet-Ups, roundtables) for external and/or Atlassian-hostedUnlock opportunities for thought-leadership presence in the external market, for our exceptional Atlassian leadersManage all aspects of event logistics (pre, during, and post), including venue selection and negotiation, catering, AV equipment, marketing collateral, and risk management. Ensure all events run smoothly and efficientlyDevelop and manage event budgets, manage procurement and event reconciliation (retros, insights and recommendations). Maintain positive relationships with vendors.Work independently to manage workload, making decisions, providing opinions and ideas to othersFacilitate collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and cross-functionals to drive team performance, adjusting timelines as needed to achieve deadlines.Coordinate with the team to establish measurable goals, implement mechanisms, analyse, and provide post-event reports which encompass feedback, to continually improve event experiencesDevelop creative solutions to problems, issues and challenges, with input from others. Anticipate and recognise bottlenecks in workflows, unblock, and apply processes for ongoing improvements
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
6+ years experience in a brand or marketing functional, producing content and leading event activations, preferably in the technology industryPrevious experience partnering with C-suite leaders, cross-functional teams and vendorsA passion for creativity, storytelling and innovationA consistent track record in communicating to external and internal (at a senior-level) audiences as well as excellent verbal, written and analytical skillsAn outstanding ability to think strategically and get things done (sometimes within the same day), often baffling those around youComfort in handling large numbers of contending priorities and changing directions quicklyThe ability to act quickly to solve problems when uncertainty or issues occurA highly organised, accountable, responsive, deadline and results-oriented driveA collaborative and optimistic approach
