Team Overview
The Talent Acquisition Operations team is responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the recruitment process, analyzing recruitment data, and handling recruitment marketing for the global Talent attraction team. We look after the entire global recruitment process ensuring each step is efficient, effective, and follows relevant laws and regulations. We create recruitment strategies and policies while collecting, analyzing, and interpreting recruitment data to inform decision-making and strategy development. We identify trends, assesses performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Importantly, we promote Moody's as an employer of choice, attracting and engage potential candidates through recruitment marketing.

Training and Development
During the approximate 10-week internship you will be provided Human Resources tools and training including access to online training modules to develop your skills. Be part of our internship programming, networking and community service opportunities. You'll be partnered with team member for the duration of your internship to give you opportunities to understand more about Moody's and our culture. You'll get to connect with and learn from senior leaders as you take your first steps towards a successful professional career.
Overview of role/responsibilities for the intern
Are you an aspiring Talent Attraction professional? Get valuable real-world experience in a supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative environment! This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how process, data, marketing and social media play in talent attraction, along with the strategic, operational, and administrative functions within a Talent Attraction department.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Build and present reports demonstrating the value and impact of the recruitment function.Collaborate across different teams within Human Resources to create and implement policies that align with our objectives.In partnership with the communications team, craft engaging job advertisements and content, using various channels (career websites, job boards, social media, and email campaigns) to reach our target audience.Contribute to bringing our employer brand to life through a capstone project that will support Moody's recruitment marketing strategy.Assist with auditing data and process resources to improve training and learning within our team.

Problem solvers who enjoy learning new things and working with others.Being open to feedback and continuously growing your interpersonal and technical skills.Curiosity about talent attraction and employer branding.A rising Sophomore or Junior, working toward a Bachelor's degree. Majoring in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Public Relations, or other business-related degree program is preferred.Anticipated graduation date in 2025 or 2026Solid understanding of social media platforms and their use in recruitment and marketing.An interest in learning and using Moody's various technologies and processes, as well as strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest actionable insights.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Thorough with excellent organizational skills.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring hourly rate for this position is $35, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
