Wells Fargo is seeking a Talent and Performance Management Consultant to assist with the design of a product-centric organization. The individual will need to assess current state skills across various lines of business and make recommendations for how to align roles and responsibilities to enable the future organization. The individual will partner across various teams, including Technology, Product, Strategy, as well as the Company's leadership and will need to navigate a complex matrix.

In this role, you will:Participate in implementation and management of programs, processes, guidelines, tools, and instruments that support core operations and initiatives such as, career planning and development, talent planning and development, individual engagement and team effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, and both culture and change management for a line of business or the companyReview and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternativesExercise independent judgment to guide low to medium risk deliverablesIdentify opportunities to align approaches and consult on business needs while integrating diversity and inclusion into business strategiesRecognize interpersonal and group dynamics, understands implications of conflict, supports change and uses root cause analysis to evaluate areas for improvementEstablish and maintain effective partnerships with clients and to integrate and align initiatives to close the gap between current and desired future stateInfluence diversity and inclusion scorecard metrics and coaching behaviors that drive progress toward individual, marketplace and advocacy goalsPresent recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Learning and Talent experience leading large scale projectsFinancial services industry experience, preferably with client facing businessesDemonstrated ability to navigate a complex HR and Shared Service environment in a matrixed organization and ability to drive process change and improvement to enable the client while managing riskExcellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate and influence executives, senior leaders, Line of Business stakeholders, other internal partnersProven ability to facilitate and drive prioritization discussionsProven ability to be innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needsStrong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrentlyProfessional presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with a consumer-centric perspective to resolve conflicts and prioritize outputAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPointJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10%Position will require onsite presence from any of the locations listed belowRelocation assistance is not available for this positionVisa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Locations: 401 S.
