  About the role:

  We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Technology Program Manager to lead and optimize our recruitment technology infrastructure. As the Talent Acquisition Technology Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our talent acquisition processes, ensuring the efficient use of technology to attract, assess, and onboard top talent. In partnership with the technology teams and process optimization team, you will manage the implementation and enhancements of systems and develop process optimizations across the greater Talent Acquisition organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the ever-evolving tech landscape and the ability to navigate and connect with key stakeholders at all levels globally.

  Responsibilities:

  Technology Strategy Development:

  • Build a deep working knowledge of recruiting systems and processes and prioritize areas for investment and improvement

  • Drive projects from discovery to implementation, including developing project plans and timelines, and coordinating internal and external resources to meet project requirements (as defined by the project scope)

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition technology to ensure the organization remains competitive

  • Partner with the global HR team and key stakeholders across the business to identify system development needs and align technology initiatives

  System Selection and Implementation:

  • As the TA Liaison for HR Tech, lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of talent acquisition technologies

  • Manage portfolio of ongoing project work to identify cross-functional dependencies, help make resourcing decisions and trade-offs, and build awareness of work across impacted stakeholders

  Vendor Management:

  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners

  • Monitor service levels and stay informed about industry trends to make informed technology choices

  Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes

  • Implement data analytics solutions to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

  User Training and Support:

  • Partner with Enablement Team to manage system procedure documentation and develop end user training content and reference guides

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure user proficiency

  • Provide support to TA team and end users on TA systems issues that can't be resolved by tier 1 support team

  Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in technology solutions and processes, driving innovation within the talent acquisition function

  • Identify areas of opportunity for simplifying current processes through automation

  • Coach, manage and mentor recruiting team on systems, processes and best practices

  Qualifications

  About You:

  Basic Qualifications

  • Min 7 years of experience as a technology program manager or related field with a focus on technology stacks and optimization

  • Experience working with and optimizing third-party technology platforms (HR or Recruiting experience is preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation and management of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and other relevant tools

  • Previous experience in vendor management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UKG Pro Recruiting & Eightfold AI

  • Experience working with a variety of talent acquisition tools and platforms, including AI-driven solutions

  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools, social media, and professional networks

  • Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with organizational goals

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for process improvement

  • Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong understanding of HR and talent acquisition processes and best practices

  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn new software solutions

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

   Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

  The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $96,000 to $139,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

  San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

  There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $96,000 to $139,000 per year.
