We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our clients team for a six month contract position.

CONTRACT POSITION – 6 MONTHS
ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK
PAY $40.00 PER HOUR
RESPONSIBILITES :
Candidate Experience : Strive to establish company as an employer of choice by providing an excellent candidate experience.
Strategic Collaboration : Understand goals, and collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and devise creative hiring strategies for positions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment : Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process – from sourcing and networking to pre-screening, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and managing interviews.
Proactive Sourcing : Proactively build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques, networking, and meet-ups.
Talent Branding : Support the development and management of projects for talent branding initiatives, partnering with the larger HR Americas team.
Social Media Leveraging : Leverage social media and other talent acquisition technology to attract high-potential talent into the organization.
Innovative Thinking : Suggest and implement new ways of working in a collaborative manner.
Business Understanding : Collaborate with members of the entire organization to better understand business goals and the people we need.
Talent Acquisition Excellence : Work with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure we are hiring the best talent available.
REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background : Four-Year Degree or equivalent experience.
Professional Experience : 3-5 years of experience changing lives as a talent acquisition professional.
Recruitment Expertise : Full-cycle recruiting experience from opening a requisition to filling the role.
Sourcing Skills : Experience in sourcing to find the right passive candidates to meet the needs of the hiring manager and the organization.
Technology Proficiency : ATS and Microsoft Office experience required. Experience with Success Factors applicant tracking system preferred.
