About the Team
The TikTok Marketing, Operations, and Global Functions team works to create a brand that amplifies our mission and establishes TikTok as a loved and trusted brand across the world. The work sets the global industry standard by defining what is possible and best-in-class action on our platform and setting the framework for global campaigns and programs.
We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring efforts. We anticipate this role to cover an assortment of non-tech and non-commercial client groups. You will also work closely with the broader HR team that services our EMEA (Europe and the Middle East) business areas. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, eager to learn, and excited to take on new challenges. This is a full-time position on a fixed-term contract of 12 months based in London, reporting to the Regional TA Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business units to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
- Use various techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract top talent.
- Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing technical skills and business acumen along with matching values within the TikTok environment.
- Provide an efficient and high-quality experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, salary recommendations, and offer negotiations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience with 2+ years focused on supporting non-tech functions, preferably in-house.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
- Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally regionally across the global organization within a dynamic fast-paced environment.
