As a Talent Partner at Hitachi Energy, you will work together with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse areas of talent acquisition and talent management, and handle various tasks from identifying, attracting, assessing, retaining, and advancing internal and external talent. There will be close collaboration with our line managers, HR Operations, and Human Resources Business Partners. The position requires some travel (not to exceed 25%) and will work remotely in the U.S.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deliver talent processes with special focus on recruitment and partnering with HR leadership and business leaders.Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations related to talent availability, labor market trends, and conditions.Provide feedback and coaching to internal and external candidates in accordance with company policies.Effectively partner with the Human Resources Operations and Employee Life Cycle teams to ensure all coordination with candidates and hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing, and new employee onboarding)Advise Hiring Managers and Candidates during the offer negotiation process.Identify and make recommendations on identified continuous improvement opportunities.Proactively seek to gain insight into the short, mid, and long-term business needs to effectively plan strategic sourcing strategies.
Your background:
Bachelor's degree and 1 to 8, years of Talent Acquisition experience. Alternatively, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, applicants that have 4 or more years of Talent Acquisition experience may be considered.You must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.Knowledge of OFCCP and DOL requirements regarding recruitment and hiring in the United States.Highly developed communication, influencing, and advising skills will be required to be successful in this role.
