Talent Acquisition Partner, Emerging Talent

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in our new Prague office to help us attract and recruit qualified candidates through our internship program. This role will also support our broader talent programs such as talent attraction and employer brand.
About the Team
The Talent Acquisition Programs team is responsible for both the Talent Attraction and Recruitment Programs that fuel our Talent Acquisition strategy. We are a global team focused on attracting top talent and delivering exceptional experiences to candidates. As a part of the Programs team, you'll have an opportunity to work collaboratively to find creative and innovative ways to attract top talent, expand and build new emerging talent and university programs, and elevate the candidate experience.
About the Role
This role is an integral part of Rapid7's Talent Acquisition strategy for our new office location in Prague. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for building our internship program which encompasses everything from relationship building with universities all the way to hiring and onboarding our first class of interns. You will also have the opportunity to support all Talent Acquisition Program-related activity out of the Prague office. As we work to establish Rapid7 as an employer of choice in the Prague tech community, programs such as our employee referral program, social media presence, and career-related blog content will be important pieces of our journey. As the boots-on-the-ground presence out of Prague, you will help to push messages internally to help us drive awareness.
For Emerging Talent Programs, you will:
Establish partnerships with local universities, including career staff and university facultyIdentify and coordinate university recruiting events such as career fairs, networking events, and classroom visitsDrive awareness internally of our on campus efforts and manage involvement from internal stakeholdersPartner with People Development team to establish internship program experience and onboarding in PragueWork with hiring managers to set expectations, understand job requirements and establish process for identifying and hiring intern talentActively recruit on all intern requisitions, which includes screening resumes, phone screens, oversight of interview process, and offersFoster relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team stakeholders
For other Talent Programs-related support:
Develop a deep understanding of our core values and culture, and how those factors impact our talent attraction strategy.Use Canva to create recruitment marketing collateral that is aligned to our talent branding standards for social, digital and print campaignsBuild relationships internally with local leaders and hiring teamsSupport our global content strategy by identifying locally relevant story angles and assisting with content creation.Partner with local vendors to assist with brand activation in the Prague communityResearch and make recommendations to help position Rapid7 as an employer of choice in the community.
The skills you'll bring include:
2-3 years of experience in recruiting, people strategy, marketing or related roleEnergetic, enthusiastic, and extremely organized.Ability to build relationships both internally and externallyDetail-oriented; you're flexible and can handle simultaneous projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus
