Position Summary:
Trupanion is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you will lead the full cycle recruiting process for open corporate positions, focusing on a variety of teams including but not limited to Finance, IT and Sales. We are seeking someone with the flexibility and skill to jump in to support hiring for other roles across the business as needed.
As part of the Trupanion Talent Acquisition Team, you will help increase our recruiting efficiency and refine our hiring strategy. You will build strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs and introduce creative new insights to help make improvements to our current hiring practices. This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area. You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week, and the remainder you can choose to work remotely if you'd like.
Key Responsibilities Include
Provide consultative and strategic partnership to hiring teams and leaders as you work with them to fill their positions with top-qualified talentManage the full life-cycle recruiting process including posting, sourcing, screening top candidates, coordinating interviews and offer negotiationDevelop recruiting strategies using market data and insights; use critical thinking to diagnose recruiting challenges and guide search strategyHelp shape and support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion hiring initiatives to attract and hire a diverse workforceAssist with the refinement of job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and will lead to finding the best talentProvide a high-touch, authentic candidate experience by setting clear expectations and communicating updates in a timely manner
Experience
2+ years of relevant recruiting experience, full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is a plusExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS systems, CRM, sourcing, and analytics toolsExperience proactively sourcing and building talent pipelines for current and future openingsExceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Process-driven and demonstrable ability to navigate ambiguity and apply critical thinking skills to tackle challengesHigh attention to detail, team-oriented, and ability to contribute to an inclusive work environmentPossess consultative recruiting skills with ability to coach hiring managers through a successful and efficient hiring process
Compensation
The salary for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 on a full-time scheduleAlong with the base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.We want all employees to be invested in Trupanion's success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members. Our new hire grants vest over 4 years.
