WHAT YOU'LL DO

　　As a Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in our recruiting processes. You will support designated Talent Acquisition Team members in a variety of tasks related to full-life cycle recruiting as well as Talent Acquisition Operations Manager in a variety of excellence projects. TA Operations responsibilities will include admin support with role opening and closing as well as scheduling and coordinating logistics for candidate interviews and debrief meetings with both internal and external individuals and being the first point of contact for candidates' questions related to interview logistics and/or the organization. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take ownership for junior recruitment hires and participate in Talent Acquisition excellence projects.

　　YOU'RE GOOD AT

　　Managing and executing various operational recruiting tasks including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, logistics for recruitment kick-offs and debriefs, etc

　　Ensuring the accuracy of candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

　　Providing support with job posting and management through the ATS

　　Supporting Regional Talent Acquisition Team in strategic and operational initiatives / projects

　　Maintaining positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders such as interviewers and candidates across all levels and regions

　　YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

　　Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related programs

　　0-2+ years of professional experience

　　Exceptional follow through and attention to detail

　　Intellectual curiosity, work ethic, problem solving and critical thinking

　　Experience in driving processes with the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively

　　Experience working in a global environment or matrixed organization a plus

　　Computer proficiency: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

　　* Excellent English and German or Spanish
