About the Role:
Talent Operations is the function, team members, and processes responsible for enabling the overall talent organization to work more effectively, to execute locally and at scale and to create new value by incorporating more modern practices, deploying more innovative technologies and delivering more consistent outcomes.
This role works under the Talent Operations Program Manager, whose main focus is to deliver programs, processes, and systems that help the overall Talent Acquisition team be more effective in their work. The Talent Ops Program team is responsible for many cross functional initiatives, as well as our Talent Systems, which includes administration and user training. This role will be responsible for not only assisting the Program Manager on a variety of projects and system admin duties, but will be a key part of our Talent Acquisition market research efforts. This market research work will help enable the Talent team and the greater HR organization to make better insights, hire better and more effectively, and transform the way our recruiters work and partner with the business. What You'll Do:Breakdown of Role (percentages are likely to change as projects/team priorities shift throughout the year):60% - Talent Acquisition Market Research/Analysis20% - Talent Systems Administrative Work20% - Other Talent Operations Project SupportAggregate and analyze recruitment market research data to assist in building programs, trainings, and toolkits that help our Talent Acquisition team to differentiate CrowdStrike as an industry leader and win top-tier talentMarket research across multiple platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Seekout, ATS/CRM systems, and other search enginesContinued maintenance of our existing toolkits, data, documentation, and training that includes: research, note taking, data collection from the Talent team, and data entryAdministrative duties such as taking meeting notes from relevant project calls and recording meeting agendas, scheduling team meetings and sending out updates to the greater Talent Acquisition team, and supporting the Program Manager in completion of tasksWorking as an administrator/SME on the Avature platform (training provided; experience using Avature/CRM systems and/or ATS systems is a bonus)What You'll Need: Strong skills with Excel/Google Sheets : You are able to navigate spreadsheets like a pro and are a wiz with filters, sorting, pivot tables, formulas, and more! Data Driven/Analytical Mindset : You are comfortable thinking about and solving problems with the data and facts in mind, and can sift through large amounts of data to find patterns and make sense of what the information is telling you. Communication : Written and verbal communication are one of your strong suits. You are able to strike up a conversation with individuals in the organization at all levels in a professional manner and can draft a team-wide update email, no problem. Attention to Detail : You have an eye for editing and revising until something is near perfect, and make sure that nothing falls through the cracks. You are organized and can stay on top of multiple projects at the same time. Research Experience : If you don't know something, you take initiative to get the information you need! You can sift through different avenues until you find what you are looking for, can dig deep and read between the lines.Bonus Points:Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience Talent Systems experience/familiarity : We use Workday (ATS), Avature (CRM), LinkedIn, Seekout, and other smaller talent systems in our day to day work. While you don't need to have experience in these to do the job (we'll provide the training!), a familiarity with talent systems and how they function is a plus!
