Support in the search, selection, hiring and introduction of various candidate profilesSupport in the operational management of the Onboarding and Offboarding planOrganization of training activitiesApplication of labor legislation and the applied collective agreementSafety: organization of mandatory training for staffOperational support related to the updating of master data on corporate platformsAdministration support and personnel management: management of the attendance recording system, meal vouchers and management of any questions, support to employees on administrative issuesManagement of the intern program and hiring process
