What you'll do Own full-cycle end-to-end recruitment for our internships and trainee programs for the Benelux Market; job posting, sourcing, interviewing and management of the offer process between candidates and the hiring manager.Support the hiring managers in developing target candidate profiles and attracting suitable internship/trainee candidates using different tools (job boards, social media platforms, etc.)Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle.Support Talent Acquisition Consultants in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines.Support the relationship building with key universities in the Benelux market.Participate in recruitment-related projects (for example;employer branding projects, building young talent pipelines, and intern onboarding days). Your qualifications You are a student in Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, or in a field related to Social Sciences.You are a communicative and creative person, willing to take new initiatives, at ease in an international environment and you are able to define priorities under pressure.You have strong organizational and planning skills.You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.You are very discreet, structured, precise and service-oriented.You work at ease with Microsoft, Outlook, Workday and social networks.You are available for 6 months and able to work for 40 hours/week. In the case of a non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are and what tasks you will undertake during your internship.
