Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – International will support the process and assist with the administrative needs of recruitment for SHI’s Talent Acquisition Team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – International will schedule interviews, create offer letters, source potential candidates, perform data entry, and attend networking events in partnership with Talent Acquisition Specialists and other members of the Talent Acquisition Team.
This position will be required to report to the SHI Milton Keynes office with a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
Source resumes utilizing provided resources
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks for job descriptions provided/assigned (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, Glassdoor, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Match resumes/skills/talent with job profiles
Maintain data/stats on work completed
Provide weekly updates and progress reports
Develop creative sourcing avenues/techniques to benefit priority openings
Navigate and administer the iCIMS ATS platform for reporting, candidate management, requisition management, onboarding, and housekeeping
Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with the offer and new hire onboarding processes
Promote Employer Brand and Employee Referral Program with new hires
Attend Career Fairs and Networking Events to promote SHI
Qualifications
University Degree or relevant work experience
Previous experience working in a professional business setting
