Partner with Recruiters to coordinate interviewing and hiring activity across US offices Work directly with Hiring Managers across the company to facilitate and schedule interviews Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective written and verbal communication, calendaring, and collecting feedback, etc. Ensure proper data capture to facilitate reporting and analysis Work with the TA team to source and connect with potential candidates Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative search techniques Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders Assist TA team on ad hoc projects such as ATS management, employer branding, candidate experience and recruitment marketing What You Have:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a recruiting agency, internal recruiting, or an HR function; internship experience will be considered Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing demands highly desirable Desire to source and engage with passive candidates, experience with this is a plus Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency Must be flexible and can work independently Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) What We Offer:
The annual salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for a yearly performance based bonus.

Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
Compensation
$55,000—$65,000 USD
