Description:
The System Integration team within Zonal Software at Ford is responsible for providing technical leadership in both the support in the delivery of key complex connectivity products and the lifecycle of these products in the field. This includes helping execute cross-functional technical integration of new products to identify key design/implementation issues earlier in the cycle, as well as triaging, diagnosing and ultimately supporting the fixing of issues uncovered through the development cycle.
Own the execution of key activities such as driving a technical cross-functional integration activities,
Conduct end to end bring-up to prove basic working capability,
Drive key demos and proof points required to demonstrate increased product maturity,
Perform any required technical de-risking to support an on-time product delivery with quality (all done within the Scaled Agile framework for product delivery).
Own the triage, diagnosis and steering of product and cross-product issues that materialize within the development and release cycle when they impact the wider system.
Reviewing key work products to support the product delivery (understand/review requirements and test-plans, characterization of defects impacting launch readiness)
Support the feedback loop with key stakeholders in Product Management and Advanced Engineering to improve quality of delivered products across all product lines.
