　　Workplace Automation Development Manager

　　Role Overview:

　　We are seeking a seasoned Workplace Automation Development Manager to lead our dynamic team in crafting innovative automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the digital experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development lifecycle of workplace automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Leadership and Strategy:

　　- Spearhead the development team, providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation.

　　- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation initiatives with organizational goals and business objectives.

　　2. Project Management:

　　- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of workplace automation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.

　　- Implement agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and responsiveness to changing requirements.

　　3. Technical Oversight:

　　- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the adoption of best practices and adherence to coding standards.

　　- Collaborate with architects to design scalable and robust automation solutions.

　　4. Stakeholder Engagement:

　　- Engage with key stakeholders, including business units and IT teams, to understand automation requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.

　　- Regularly communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.

　　5. Team Development:

　　- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, nurturing the professional growth of team members.

　　- Conduct regular performance assessments, mentorship, and training initiatives.

　　6. Quality Assurance:

　　- Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of automation solutions.

　　- Establish and enforce coding standards, version control, and documentation practices.

　　7. Microsoft Azure DevOps Integration:

　　- Leverage expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps for end-to-end project management, version control, and continuous integration.

　　- Implement and manage pipelines for seamless deployment and integration of automation solutions.

　　Required Skills:

　　1. Technical Proficiency:

　　- Proven experience in workplace automation development, including RPA, scripting, and API integration.

　　- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.

　　- Certification or demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

　　2. Leadership and Collaboration:

　　- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a development team.

　　- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

　　3. Project Management:

　　- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, particularly in agile environments.

　　- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.

　　4. Strategic Thinking:

　　- Ability to align automation initiatives with broader business strategies.

　　- Strategic mindset to identify opportunities for automation-driven business improvements.

　　5. Problem-Solving:

　　- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in automation development.

　　- Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
